City worker pleads to water meter theft

A former Lebanon city worker pleaded guilty to theft of property in general sessions court last week for stealing water meters.
Derrick Lugg, 29, of Lebanon, was charged in November. He appeared in court Jan. 16.
Lugg was ordered to pay restitution, as well as fines and court costs and was also ordered to stay away from Lebanon Public Works.
