Market robbed at gunpoint (with video)

Nick’s Market in Mt. Juliet was robbed at gunpoint Monday evening, according to Mt. Juliet police.
According to police, officers are currently searching for three suspects following an armed robbery just after 6 p.m. at the store at 13630 Lebanon Road in Mt. Juliet.
According to police, officers were called to Nick’s Market for a hold-up alarm at around 6:10 p.m. Officers discovered the store’s owner was robbed at gunpoint by two men. No one was injured during the incident.
During the robbery, one of the suspects brandished a black handgun with a laser and demanded cash from the register, police said. A third suspect drove a getaway vehicle that was waiting nearby, and all three suspects fled with an undisclosed amount of cash, according to police.
Police are currently searching for two black men in their late 20s or early 30s. One of the suspects was muscular build and was wearing a yellow shirt with blue jeans. The second suspects was heavy set and wore a gray T-shirt and blue jeans.
The suspects’ vehicle was driven by an unknown person. The vehicle was a dark-colored early 2000s-model Buick Rendezvous.
