One of the three men charged with firing shots into two Lebanon duplexes last August appeared in court Thursday.
Lavon Knight, 27, of Lebanon, was previously charged with aggravated assault in connection with a shooting that happened last year on Toshiba Drive.
Joshua Knight and Marcus Baker, both of Lebanon, were the other two men charged in the case.
At the time, police believed the three men drove to a duplex in a silver car, got out and fired several shots toward the home. Gunshots hit the front of the duplex and lodged into the interior walls, the front door and one of the cars. More than 10 people, including more than a half-dozen children between the ages of 6-12, were in the home at the time of the shooting. No one was injured.
On Thursday, Knight pleaded guilty to aggravated assault in front of Judge David Durham.
He remained in jail since his arrest in August and was released Thursday.
Durham ordered Knight to be under intensive probation following his release.
