Nelda Cantrell Street

Funeral services for Ms. Street will be held Thursday, Nov. 14 at 10 a.m. from the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 3291 Old Murfreesboro Road West, with Michael Johnson officiating. Interment will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday 10 a.m.-8 p.m. at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home.

Ms. Street, 70, of Lebanon, died Nov. 10, 2013, at University Medical Center. A native of Davidson County, she was the daughter of the late Leon and Frances Yvonne Catron Cantrell. She graduated from North High School in Nashville in 1961. She was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and retired from Park View Hospital as a Surgical Technician.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Richard Drafton, Mark and Eddie Cantrell.

She is survived by sons, Tommy Street, Richard Todd (Dawn) Street; grandchildren, Kimberly Stott, Emma Gail and Samantha D. Street; sister, Wanda Powell.
