Cynthia Loretta Stewart

Services for Mrs. Stewart will be Saturday, March 15 at noon at the Joyce Neuble Memorial Chapel of Neuble Monument Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Visitation with family and friends will be held Friday from 2-6 p.m. Interment will be at Rutland Cemetery.

Cynthia Loretta Stewart, 66, was born May 23, 1947 to the late Hubert and Dorothy Mai Majors. She departed this earthly life Friday, March 7, 2014.

Cynthia was preceded in death by two brothers, Nathaniel Bender, Robert Lee Majors, as well as two sisters, Elizabeth Faye Jackson and Delphine Lanetta Dobson.

Cynthia was educated in the Wilson County Public School System.

She leaves to cherish her memory, three children, Pastor Clarence Jerome (LaChell), Jessica, and Natalie; eight grandchildren, Cory, Jalissa, Malacia, Damieon, Clarence Jerome, II (C.J.), Andrew, Timothy and Tyler; step-grandchildren, Xa’Kurion and Eliana Burns; six sisters and five brothers, Mildred (Curtis), Dexter, Carol, Larry, Bobby, Phyllis, LaNitra (Ricky), Yvanne (Geary), Tracy, Deatrice and Keith; brother-in-law, Major Jackson; a host of nieces; nephews; relatives; and friends.
