Visitation for Mr. Hollis will be held Tuesday, March 18 from 4-8 p.m. and Wednesday, March 19 from 10 a.m. until funeral services at 11 a.m. in the Partlow Funeral Chapel. Brother Kenneth Bowen will officiate the services. Interment will follow in Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Family will serve as active pallbearers.
Mr. Hollis, age 69 passed away Sunday, March 16, 2014 at University Medical Center.
He is preceded in death by his parents, George Dayton and Ethel Lorene Anderson Hollis; sister, Paulette Murray; brother-in-law, Kenneth Krantz. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Mary Kay Hollis; sons, William Dayton Hollis and Michael Wayne Neal; daughters, Stephany Kay (Travis) Counts, Jennifer Michelle Hollis; grandchildren, John Bennett, Dakota Counts, Cian Neal; brother, James (Brenda) Hollis; sisters, Martha Krantz, Renee (Allen) Majors, Cynthia (Richard) Word; numerous nieces and nephews.

Mr. Hollis was a member of the Baptist faith, a Navy veteran serving in Vietnam, and he was a construction worker with H & M Enterprises.
