Everett ‘Red’ Goodman Jr.

Dual graveside services for Red and Freda Goodman will be held at a later date at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery in French Lick, Ind.
Mr. Goodman, 88, of Lebanon, went on to be with Lord on Saturday, April 5, 2014.
Born in French Lick, Ind., Everett was a member of the United Methodist Church, a retired manager of Texas Eastern Gas Co. and served in World War II as a 2nd Class aviation radioman for the Navy. Red was a member of the American Legion for 68 years.
Golfing the summers away at their home in Lebanon and fishing all winter in Lake Wales, Fla., this good old boy from the Midwest was a mentor and teacher to his three loving grandchildren, Colleen, Joseph and Lauren Mascherin.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Freda, who recently passed away in January; and his brother, Bill.
He will be deeply missed by his only daughter, Marsha Mascherin, of Tampa, Fla.; her husband, Joe; and Red’s sister, Martha Ballard, of Petersburg, Ind.
