Funeral services for Ms. Crutcher will be Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at 1 p.m. at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Pastor John Hunn and Brother Donald Owens officiating.  Interment will follow at Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Tuesday from 2-8 p.m. and Wednesday after 11 a.m. at Ligon & Bobo.

Donna, age 55, of Lebanon, passed away Sunday, May 11, 2014 at St. Thomas Hospital Midtown in Nashville.

Born March 23, 1959 in Wilson County, she is the daughter of the late Earl Thomas and Nell Doris Watson Crutcher. She was a 1977 graduate of Lebanon High School, Cumberland University and Middle Tennessee State University. She was a certified public accountant and worked for the state of Tennessee Audit Division. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Roland Crutcher.

She is survived by two sisters, Brenda (Louis) Myrick, Sherry (Mike) Ashey; brother, William (Regina) Crutcher; aunt, Marie Brehm; sister-in-law, Sandra Crutcher; special friend, Debbie Williams; nieces and nephews: Rebekah, Morgan and Andy Crutcher, Michael (Tracy) Ashey, Brian Thomas Ashey, Justin Boswell, Chris (Crystal) Park, Anna, Emily and John Thomas Jarosinski; great-nieces and great-nephews, Lauren Alexis Hackett, C. J. and Kayla Park, Cloe Dillard and Emma and Brittany Ann Ashey.

Honorary pallbearers will be Chris, Brandon and Cody Chastain, Derrick Foster, Doug and Vernon Raines, Robert Cooksey, Jason Parkerson, Robert Wilson and Michael Williams.

Active pallbearers will be Michael and Brian Ashey, Andy Crutcher, Justin Booswell, Robert Allen Holman and Larry Light.

Memorials may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
