Wilson Central softball spirit night lunch Feb. 22

Wilson Central softball and Courtney’s Restaurant & Catering are teaming up to host “spirit night” lunch from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Feb. 22 at the restaurant located on Mt. Juliet Road.

Watertown baseball, softball signups in February

The Watertown Community Softball & Baseball League will hold signups at the Watertown Community Center from 8 a.m.-noon each Saturday in February. Online signups is also available beginning Feb. 1 at watertownsports.com

Wilson United Soccer signups in February

Signups for Wilson United Soccer’s spring 2014 spring season for ages 3-up will be from 9 a.m.-noon Feb. 8 and 15 at the Lebanon Breakfast Rotary Soccer Complex behind the Lebanon Airport on Castle Heights Avenue. Registration will also be available at Dick’s Sporting Goods in Mt. Juliet’s Providence Place from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Feb. 8. Signup fee is $85. The eight-game season will run March 29-May 17.

Free orthopaedic and sports injury screenings Feb. 8

Tennessee Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics  will conduct free orthopaedic and sports injury screenings from 8 a.m.-noon Feb. 8 at 5000 Crossings Circle, Suite 101, in Mt. Juliet. For more information, call 758-1010.

MJHS softball alumni game March 1

Mt. Juliet High softball will hold an alumni game at 1 p.m. March 1 at the Lady Bears’ field on the MJHS Curd Road campus. Those interested in playing should email coach Brad Rowlett at rowlettb@wcschools.com, assistant coach Kevin Costley at costleyk@wcschools.com or assistant Kristin Madewell at madewellk@wcschools.com. Monday Night Volleyball at CU in March, April

Cumberland volleyball coach Dwayne Deering is accepting applications for the Monday Night Girls Volleyball League at the Dallas Floyd Center. Play will begin March 17 and continue every Monday until April 21. There will be an 18-under and a 14-under division. Players and coaches are urged to enter their team in the league as soon as possible, but individuals may also join and be placed on a team. Cost is $75 per player.
