Bulldog baseball season tickets on sale

Season tickets are now on sale for the 2014 Cumberland baseball season, with the Bulldogs playing 33 home games beginning Tuesday versus former TranSouth Conference foe Union University.

Cost of season tickets is $50 per seat and the home schedule features games against four teams ranked or receiving votes in NAIA preseason top 25. Overall, CU will face nine teams that are ranked or receiving votes in the preseason poll and three clubs that participated in the 2013 Avista-NAIA World Series.

The Bulldogs will begin the home slate on Tuesday against Union University and play host to Taylor (Feb. 14-15) and West Virginia Tech (Feb. 21-22) in three-game series at Ernest L. Stockton Field-Woody Hunt Stadium. CU will also take on Freed-Hardeman in a twin bill Feb. 25.

Cumberland will begin Mid-South Conference action at Georgetown College on Feb. 28-March 1 and open the home portion of league play with a three-game series versus Shawnee State on March 7-8.
