Sandoval sets ncaa qualifying times

Rachel Sandoval, standing between parents Pam and Hugo Sandoval, set Southern Athletic Association records and NCAA qualifying times in the 50 and 100 freestyle during the SAA Championships in Birmingham, Ala. The former Friendship Christian and Middle Tennessee Swim Club competitor won the 50 in :24.13 and the 100 in :52.44. She was also part of the 200 freestyle relay that set a Berry College record of 1:53.2 and the 400 medley relay which set a school record of 4:11.28.
