Bradshaw leads Wilson Bank to Dixie victory

Luke Bradshaw drove in seven runs on two homers Tuesday night to power Wilson Bank & Trust to a 9-8 win over ADC in the Dixie Youth League at Baird Park.

Afterward, Painturo’s Pizza outscored Ligon & Bobo 11-8.

Bradshaw’s grand slam in the top of the sixth inning lifted Wilson Bank to a 9-8 lead and gave the win to Mark McDearman. Bradshaw earlier blasted a three-run shot over the fence.

Jared Campbell doubled for Wilson Bank while McDearman singled twice and Drew Porter, Grayson Brockman, Cameron Sellars and Giovanni Caserilla once each.

Gavin Reasonover racked up an RBI triple and a single for ADC while Jeremiah Hastings hit a two-run double. Cade Holcomb drove in a run on two singles while Christian Mansfield and Caleb Bridges singled.

Ryan Toporowski hit a pair of RBI triples for Painturo’s while Chase Birdwell doubled in a run and singled. Abby Grubbs singled home a run. Tyson Kelly singled twice and Jayden Jobe and winning pitcher Will Poston once each.

Gage Vastola hit a two-run double and RBI single for Ligon & Bobo. Nolan Edwards singled twice and Ethan Morgan once as both picked up an RBI. Braden Taylor singled.

In Little League action at the Gallaher-Harding Complex earlier this week, Sports World beat Cross Style Church 11-2 behind the pitching of Jordan Evert and two hits by Zach Clark.

Lebanon Monument shut out Rose Tire 5-0 as winning pitcher Hayden Rigsby struck out eight. He and Eli Clemmons each had two hits.

Savik remained undefeated through nine games with a 2-1 win over Fakes & Hooker as Bryson Underwood had a pair of hits.

Farm Bureau edged State Farm 6-5. Cory Hardy had two hits to help Kaden Seay to the win.

Wilson Post picked up a 9-2 win over Cedarstone Bank as winning pitcher Ellis Kelley struck out nine and Drew Creswell collected a pair of hits.

Shipper’s Collision crushed West Main Realty 15-2 as winning pitcher Sam Parish struck out 10.
