MT. JULIET — Lise Malherbe celebrated her 17th birthday Tuesday by shooting a 75 for Wilson Central in a 176-177 District 9-AAA win over visiting Lebanon at Pine Creek Golf Course.

Malherbe had the low score for the day for boys and girls. Makayla Ruckman racked up a 101 and Hannah Roberts a 108. Only the top two individuals are factored into the team score.

Caroline Hendrick led Lebanon with an 87 while Ryann Hallums had a 90. Sydney Hallums’ 102 was thrown out.

Central’s boys won 331-351.

Taking the top four individuals, Reece Gaddes’ 79 led the Wildcats while Josh Wiseman turned in an 82, Blain Turner 84 and Garrett Horst 86. Blake Cragwall’s 88 was thrown out.

J.C. McDearman led Lebanon with a 78. Jacob Felkins finished with an 88, Garrett Hughes 89 and Clay Alden Palmer 96. Hunter Ashworth’s 98 was thrown out.

Central will travel to Dogwood Hills next Tuesday to tee off against Portland and Gallatin.
