Name: Joseph Ewing Ricketts. Height: 6 feet, 1 inch.  Weight: 235 pounds. Last Seen: 550 Moccasin Road in Gladeville.  Warrants: Criminal court probation violation for theft of property greater than $1,000 and driving while suspended.

Jan. 29

James Otha Hicks, 44, of Lebanon, was charged with probation violation, driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license.

Melanie Kay Howard, 38, of Lebanon, was charged with shoplifting.

Tracy Shane Lackey, 47, of Lebanon, was charged with aggravated assault and failure to appear.

Chad Michael Nicol, 32, of Lebanon, was held for court.

Timothy Maxwell Nunley, 37, of Lebanon, was charged with probation violation.

Ray Eugene Padgett, 40, of Nashville, was held for court.

Jason Tyler Parsons, 27, of Mt. Juliet, was charged with failure to appear.

Ian Michael Penn, 26, of Franklin, was charged with driving under the influence and violation of implied consent law.

Courtney Lynn Pignone, 29, of Mt. Juliet, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Beth Nicole Schauer, 32, of Lebanon, was charged with writing a worthless check.

Rudy Sonnenburg, 44, of Lebanon, was charged with probation violation.

Charles Ryan Stiles, 34, of Mt. Juliet, was charged with driving under the influence.

Tristan Alexander Stout, 18, of Lebanon, was charged with emergency committal.

Lauren Makenzi Turner, 19, of Nashville, was charged with failure to appear.

Clinton Lee Watkins, 52, of Nashville, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness.

Jeri Anne Wells, 24, of Antioch, was charged with failure to appear.

Rachel Nicole Williams, 28, of Nashville, was charged with probation violation and held for court.

Jan. 30

Timothy Keith Adcox, 20, of Mt. Juliet, was charged with reckless endangerment, leaving the scene with property damage and driving under the influence.

Kenneth Allen Anderson, 49, of Union City, was charged with criminal simulation, theft of property $1,000-10,000, identity theft and two counts of forgery.

Serafin Barrera-Rosales, 25, of Lebanon, was charged with driving without a license.

Cecilia Marchelle Beasley, 38, of Lebanon, was charged with sale of schedule II drugs.

Teaundrea Lorrell Brooks, 18, of Nashville, was charged with robbery and theft of property $500-1,000.

Nathan Andrew Busard, 26, of Lebanon, was charged with initiating the process intended for the result of manufacturing methamphetamine, promotion of methamphetamine manufacture, reckless endangerment, possession of a schedule II drug, three counts of simple drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Regina Gail Carpenter, 45, of Gallatin, was held for court.
