Police identified a Lebanon man who died Friday afternoon after a medical condition caused him to run off the road while driving.
On Saturday, Lebanon police Chief Scott Bowen said Nathan Brian Selby, 52, of Lebanon, was pronounced dead at University Medical Center. He said Selby was driving a 2009 Ford F-150 when he had a medical emergency that caused him to run off the right side of the road at 236 Carver Lane.
Selby’s truck came to rest at a chain-link fence, but was not significantly damaged. He was taken by ambulance to University Medical Center, where he died. The incident happened around 3:20 p.m.
Selby, a 1980 Lebanon High School graduate, owned Action Auto Center, according to Facebook.
