A top executive with Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Inc. on Friday sold more than 2,200 shares of stock in the Lebanon-based company.
Lawrence Hyatt, senior vice president and chief financial officer, filed the sale with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. At $110.59 per share, Hyatt earned $247,500 in the sale.
The 2,238 shares Hyatt unloaded Friday leaves him with 30,494 shares currently worth more than $3.3 million.
Cracker Barrel stock opened Monday trading at $110.80. The price rose nearly $1 before falling to finish at $109.29 or down $1.30 for the day.
