Historic Lebanon invites the public to an economic development workshop designed to discuss trends and best practices for small business owners.

Melissa Halsell, economic development program manager with TVA, will present the program, “Strengthening Your Customer Connections.”

The session will provide existing community retailers and small business owners with actionable data from Buxton, an industry leader in customer analytics. Although a special focus will be on the Lebanon Public Square, all area small business owners and retailers are encouraged to attend.

The workshop will be Jan. 27 at 8:30 a.m. in the Lebanon-Wilson County Chamber of Commerce board room at 149 Public Square in Lebanon.

The session will last one hour with time afterward for individual questions.

To register, contact Kim Parks, 615-547-9795 or historiclebanon@cumberland.edu, and registrations must be completed by Jan. 23. Registration will allow Halsell to bring data relevant to participating business locations.

The workshop is the first of Historic Lebanon’s programing for economic development as part of the Tennessee Main Street community.
