Motorhome group to converge on Lebanon

A group of about 200 individuals and families all driving motorhomes will converge on Lebanon during the first week of May.

A group of about 200 individuals and families all driving motorhomes will converge on Lebanon during the first week of May. 

The International Area of the Family Motor Coach Association will have its Motorhome Rally on May 2-6 at the James. E. Ward Agricultural Center at the Wilson County Fairgrounds. 

According to John Lee, an event organizer, the attendees will arrive May 2 and will be greeted with a hot dog bash that evening. The next day will feature crafts, vendors, seminars and opening ceremonies featuring Johnny Carver’s Country Band. Sarah Getto will be the evening entertainment May 4. On May 5, there will be golf, ladies and men’s luncheons, crafts, vendors, afternoon entertainment from the Wilson Central High School Choral Group and evening entertainment from Mike Snider on banjo. The group will depart May 6 after coffee and doughnuts.
