Thursday night’s Art and Wine Crawl in The Gallery at The Mill in Lebanon featured an art show by Maribeth Wright.
This is the third year for the Artist Alley Gallery, which is open the fourth Thursday of each month from 6-8 p.m. and also includes music, wine and food.
According to Wright’s website, she began painting at the age of 8 in her mother’s art studio and now holds a bachelor of fine arts degree in painting from Memphis College of Art. She has shown her work across the country in Virginia, Ohio, California and Tennessee.
Many of Wright’s paintings and illustrations are of animals and pet portraits.
Following a career in graphic design, Wright has now returned to painting and works out of her home studio, Barking at The Moon Studio.
Wright’s work is set to be on display at The Mill until May 19.
Along with Wright’s artwork, the evening also included live music, wine tasting and hors d’oeuvres.
Market Basket Wine & Liquor presented the wine tasting and Glenn Martin provided the night’s music on the jazz keyboard.
