NASHVILLE –The County Music Association announced a strategic promotional partnership with Music Choice, the No. 1 free video on demand provider in the U.S. 

The partnership kicked off recently with CMA Music Festival content appearing on Music Choice on demand and music channels for the first time. As part of the partnership, Music Choice will promote CMA content through 2014 for marquee events, including the 48th annual CMA Awards and CMA Country Christmas. Music Choice is available in 57 million homes nationwide.

To kick off the promotional partnership, CMA and Music Choice will join forces to promote CMA Music Festival: Country’s Night to Rock, which aired Tuesday at 7 p.m. on the ABC television network. On Music Choice Video On Demand, a top-level CMA Music Festival category was available, featuring behind-the-scenes content from this year’s CMA Music Festival, as well as music videos from Hunter Hayes, Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town, Tim McGraw, Blake Shelton, Zac Brown Band, and more. 

Music Choice’s Today’s Country Music Channel will also feature a CMA Music Festival block program leading up to the special from Sunday through Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. CMA Music Festival artist facts and images will appear across Music Choice’s Pop Country, Country Hits, and Today’s Country Music channels.
