It’s not often young ladies get the chance to have breakfast with their favorite Disney princesses and learn about what makes their character important.
But girls ages 2-9 will get that opportunity Saturday morning at the fourth annual Character Breakfast at Lebanon High School.
Girls may come dressed in their favorite princess outfit and participate in a parade of princesses. At the end of the parade, the girls will get to have their picture taken with the princesses. The girls will get to have breakfast with the princesses and hear from them about their character traits and why they are important.
For example, Belle is best known for her intelligence, loyalty, kindness and patience; Cinderella is patient, kind, resilient and obedient; Snow White is gentle, faithful, loving and kind; and Ariel is honest, loyal, friendly and adventurous. The morning will also be filled with games, a cake walk and more.
The event will be from 8-10 a.m. in the school’s cafeteria and is $5 per child if prepaid.
The school’s DECA advisor and officers will be collecting pre-pay orders or a check may be mailed to the high school to the attention of Sherry Buchanan, and tickets will be available at will call.
Admission at the door will be $10. Everyone attending the event is required to pay the fee; however, girls 12 months and younger are free.
The DECA and MBA students use the event as one of their activities for DECA and to get them to state competition.
