Wildcat wrestlers rolling along at 11-0

Wilson Central’s wrestling team took an 11-0 record to Ravenwood last night for a tri-match with the host Raptors and Montgomery Bell Academy.

The Wildcats were coming off a 61-12 beating of Blackman, a 62-6 smacking of Overton and a 75-4 thumping of Kenwood on Tuesday.

A week earlier, Central won the MTSU Alumni Duals at Smyrna by whipping White House 84-0, Summitt 81-0, Rossview 65-9, Centennial 62-8, Beech 66-3 and Ravenwood 56-16.

Central opened the season with a 71-7 win over Lebanon and a 70-10 victory over Mt. Juliet.

Individually, 120-pound senior Christian Cerrito, 126-pound junior Lan Dickeson and 170-pound sophomore Ty Georgeadis are each 11-0.

Checking in with 10-1 marks are 113-pound sophomore Caleb Berta, 138-pound senior Eddie Small, 152-pound junior Mike Binns, 182-pound junior Perry Baltz and 220-pound junior John Kramer.

At 9-0 is 132-pound senior Austin Richard while 160-pound senior John Davidson is 8-2 and 106-pound sophomore Nick King and 195-pound Steven Harris are both 8-3. Sophomore Christian Frans is 7-3 at 285.

Juniors Andy Hamrick [3-0] and John Michael Jenkinson [7-1] have shared bouts at 145.
