Lebanon run-ruled visiting Gallatin 11-1 in the Lady Devils’ District 9-AAA softball opener Tuesday.

The Lady Devils put up four-spots in the second and fourth innings as a 13-hit attack helped Kasey Squires, who held Gallatin to seven hits and no walks while striking out four.

Sarah Aubuchon drove in three runs on three hits, including a pair of doubles. Kaitlin Eakes also doubled and knocked in a score among her two hits. Brooke McClendon collected three hits and Hannah Simmons two as the Lady Devils improved to 5-2 for the season.

Lebanon will next play host to Beech, coached by Friendship Christian-graduate and former coach Erica Powell, at 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
