Watertown outfielder/first baseman Dusty Meador, above, has been honored by the Tennessee Baseball Report by being named to its All-Region 4 team, which covers all classes. His .520 batting average this spring was sixth in the state in all classifications. He scored 34 runs, hit two doubles, three triples and two homers while driving in 36 runs from the leadoff spot. He also stole 12 bases in 13 attempts.
Seth Price, left, was named to the Super Freshman team after batting .413 with 24 RBI and 17 steals in 18 tries. On the mound, he posted a 5-4 record with a 3.33 earned-run average and 38 strikeouts in 42 innings.
Wilson Central senior Kyle Hubbuch was named the Region 5 Position Player of the Year.
