J.M. Insurance Agency announced Magen M. Yancy joined the agency to further develop its customer service standards in the agency. 

“I am excited to start a new opportunity within J.M. Insurance Agency and look forward to working with the team to further develop their already outstanding customer service,” Yancy said. “I am fortunate to be joining such a great company that prides itself on top quality service.”

Yancy comes with a wealth of experience within customer service, having spent six years at Tennessee Women’s Care, where Magen handled client relations in the front office.
