Gary Morse recently joined BankTennessee as branch manager for the office in Lebanon, announced Tom Paschal, BankTennessee Middle Tennessee president.
Morse will be in charge of branch operations and business development.
"Gary is a veteran in the banking and financial industry and is a top producer with a strong background in management and lending. A native of Lebanon, he has worked in the community for a number of years and is already a well-known face to many,” said Paschal. “We are pleased to have him on our team. He will be an asset to our bank as well as our customers as we grow our presence in Middle Tennessee.”
Morse is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a bachelor of science in finance and a graduate of the Southern School of Banking. Morse is also active with the Tennessee Bankers Association covering business lines and life underwriting and commercial and consumer credit.
“This is my hometown. I have always been proud to call Lebanon my home. It is a great privilege to work with the many fine folks who live here. Banking gives me an excellent opportunity to help individuals from all stages of life in meeting their financial goals whether on a personal or business basis. My door is always open,” said Morse. “I look forward to seeing old and new friends when we open our new branch in just a few weeks.”
Active in the community, he served as finance chair for the March of Dimes for 10 years. Married to Lisa for 30 years, they have two grown children, Ben and Sarah. He is a lifetime member of First Methodist Church in Lebanon.
