Ashley Utley recently joined First Freedom Bank as a customer service representative in the bank’s Lebanon Office, according to Maliea Oakley, senior vice president, director of human resources and facilities manager.
In addition to training and management experience, Utley brings nine years of customer service experience to the table. She was previously employed in the restaurant industry.
“Ashley joins our service team with a great background in the area of restaurant management and customer service. Her skills, friendly personality and hard work ethic will have a tremendous impact on our bank and our customers,” Oakley said. “I am confident that she will be an asset to First Freedom and will deliver the high level of quality customer service our customers have grown to depend on.”
Utley is a 2007 graduate of Watertown High School and attended Middle Tennessee State University with a major in business administration and a minor in accounting. She also earned a certificate for office administration through U.S. Career Institute.
She is active in the community, serving on the Wilson County Youth Fair Board and is a member of Leadership Wilson. She is a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.
Utley lives in Watertown with her husband and their two boys, Abel and Eli.
