“We are very excited to be the driving force of this job fair for not only our community, but also the surrounding communities,” Wilson County Mayor Randall Hutto said. “This is a great opportunity for people who are looking for employment to have a variety of employers in one setting.”
There are more than 40 employers with 1,200 potential openings for people who attend this event. Companies such as All About Care, Best Buy, Comcast, Fortune Plastics, Lebanon Police Department, LoJac Holdings Corp. Inc., Prospect, Inc., Verizon Wireless and Wilson County Sheriff’s Department are some of the representatives that will be involved in the job fair.
“We are trying to promote the job fair to good employers who need good workers,” Hutto said. “Whether it’s a veteran, a person getting out of school or someone who is looking for permanent or seasonal help, this job fair will be a great step into that position.”
