Letter to the Editor: Coles Ferry Read-A-Thon raises nearly $27K

Coles Ferry Elementary School students recently read 34,937 books and raised $26,527 during this year’s Read-A-Thon fundraiser. Thank you to the students, faculty and families for working so hard to exceed the goal of $22,000. The money raised will enable the school’s parent-teacher organization to invest in technology and support other school-wide needs.

Coles Ferry Elementary School students recently read 34,937 books and raised $26,527 during this year’s Read-A-Thon fundraiser. Thank you to the students, faculty and families for working so hard to exceed the goal of $22,000. The money raised will enable the school’s parent-teacher organization to invest in technology and support other school-wide needs.

Thank you also to the “Corporate Cougar Read-A-Thon sponsors.” These friends of Coles Ferry helped make this Read-A-Thon a great success.
