City wastewater plant raided

State and federal authorities conducting an "ongoing investigation" descended on Lebanon's wastewater treatment facility Wednesday, seizing documents and "interviewing staff members," an official says.
Agents with the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation executed a search warrant at the Hartmann Drive facility mid-afternoon Wednesday, both state and local officials confirmed.
