NOTICE OF SUCESSOR TRUSTEE'S SALE Default having been made in the payment of an indebtedness described in and secured by that certain Deed of Trust executed by WILLIAM DAVID MARKS, to Hugh M. Queener, Trustee, of record in Book 1466, page 1182, as modified in Book 1624, page 1141, both of the Register's Office of Wilson County, Tennessee, payable to Pinnacle National Bank, embracing real estate hereinafter described, and Pinnacle Bank (formerly Pinnacle National Bank), the holder of said indebtednesses having declared the entire unpaid balance immediately due and payable, and said Note not having been paid, and the undersigned, George H.
