ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Gladeville Water Treatment Plant Upgrades Gladeville Utility District (Owner) will receive competitive bids, under seal, from Contractors licensed in the State of Tennessee to fabricate and install the project. Sealed proposals will be received by the Gladeville Utility District at their office located at 3826 Vesta Road, Lebanon TN 37090 until 1:00 PM local time, on Wednesday October 7th, 2015. At that time, the bids will be opened in public and evaluated by the Engineer for administrative and technical completeness. The bids will then be presented to the Gladeville Utility District's Board and General Manager for final consideration. Bidding proposals should be addressed to Mr. Danny Bledsoe, PE, General Manager, in sealed packages with the words Gladeville Water Treatment Plant Upgrades appearing on the outside of the envelope or package. All appropriate licensing information shall be provided on the face of the bid envelope.
