Seeking a Full-Time CONTROLS TECHNICIAN Successful candidate will provide preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic and pneumatic facility/equipment controls and respond to abnormal conditions and emergencies. Acts as primary controls person for all facility control systems including: building automated systems (BAS), nurse call, security access, PEVCO, pneumatic, and electronic controls issues. Education: A High school diploma or equivalent required with a Bachelor's Degree or related education preferred. Experience: a. Vocational or apprenticeship program required. b.Experience in a health care facility required. c. Must have minimum of five years of health care experience. d. Computer experience needed. e. Experience maintaining facility and equipment electronic and pneumatic controls strongly preferred f. Test and balance experience preferred g. Preferred experience on the following systems: PremiSysPro, Identipass, Simplex, GE, Rauland, Metasys, PEVCO and Andover. Skills: a. Must have good working knowledge of current city, state, federal, NFPA and JCAHO regulations relating applicable codes. b.Must read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manufacturer's manuals, troubleshooting charts and procedures.
