NOTICE OF MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING OF THE HEALTH AND EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES BOARD OF WILSON COUNTY, TENNESSEE Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of The Health and Educational Facilities Board of Wilson County, Tennessee (the Board) will be held at the Office of the Joint Economic and Community Development Board located at 115 Castle Heights Avenue North, Lebanon, Tennessee, at 4:00 o'clock p.m. on October 27, 2015 to consider and act upon all business which may properly come before the Board, said business to include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following matters: Giving approval to and holding a public hearing (pursuant to Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code) on the refinancing of and/or amendment to the Board's outstanding Senior Independent Living Facility Revenue Bonds (Rutland Place, Inc. Project), Series 2007A in the original principal amount of $14,185,000 (2007A Bonds) and its Senior Independent Living Facility Revenue Bonds (Rutland Place, Inc. Project), Taxable Series 2007B in the original principal amount of $515,000 (2007B Bonds and together with the 2007A Bonds, the Bonds), the proceeds of which were loaned to Rutland Place, Inc. to finance the acquisition, construction and equipping of an approximately 112-unit senior independent living facility located at 435 Northwest Rutland Road in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee 37122. Such facility is owned by the Board and leased to Rutland Place, Inc., a Tennessee nonprofit corporation. It is not anticipated that the aggregate principal amount of the 2007A Bonds or the 2007B Bonds will be increased in connection with the refinancing of and/or amendments to the Bonds.
