Mt. Juliet Mayor Ed Hagerty and police Chief James Hambrick, along Vice-Mayor James Maness and members of the Mt. Juliet staff, cut the ribbon Friday morning to officially dedicate the new police station at Charlie Daniels Parkway.
In partnership with the Wilson County Fair, the Regional Transportation Authority of Middle Tennessee will operate a special Music City Star excursion train to the Wilson County Fair on Aug. 16 and Aug. 23.
The Wilson County Democratic Women recently presented a book to the Wilson County/Mt. Juliet Library. The book was donated in honor of James “Woody” Woods, life-long resident of Wilson County. This is a community project that donates a book each year to each of the three Wilson County libraries.
