Lebanon Mayor Philip Craighead and Bob Martineau, Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation commissioner, are all smiles while surrounded by state, local and PHG Energy leaders during Tuesday’s grant ceremony at Town Hall. The city received a $250,000 grant from the state department for its gasification project.

In happier times, Mt.
