Gallatin's square could be model for Lebanon

As the debate on the future of Lebanon's Town Square continues, a look to the northwest could give city residents an idea of what their square could be in time.
In 2008, Gallatin began the project to update its town square, and after a few predictable growing pains, the result is something of which even opponents of the project are reportedly proud.
Rosemary Bates is the special projects director for Gallatin Mayor Jo Ann Graves. She is also the woman who babysat the town square project from beginning to end. That project was even more intensive than proposed plans are for the Lebanon square.
