Traffic, pedestrians at odds on Lebanon Town Square

The great debate on what, if anything, should be done with the Lebanon Town Square all began with people voicing safety concerns.
Those concerns about multiple close calls for pedestrians and vehicles prompted the city to call in experts, the engineers with the Tennessee Department of Transportation, to determine how to make the square safer for everyone.
