Afternoon forecast: Snow chance remains

A 20-percent chance of snow is expected Friday afternoon and into the evening, according to the National Weather Service.
Skies will be mostly cloudy with a high near 32 degrees and west winds at 10 mph-15 mph with gusts as high as 25 mph.
Friday night, expect a 20-percent chance of snow before 7 p.m. with mostly cloudy skies and a low around 17 degrees. West winds will be at 5 mph-10 mph.
Partly sunny skies are expected Saturday with a high near 39 degrees. Winds will be from the south-southwest at 5 mph-10 mph increasing in the afternoon with gusts as high as 25 mph.
A 30-percent chance of snow is expected Saturday night between 7 p.m. and Sunday at 1 a.m. Skies will be mostly cloudy with a low around 29 degrees. South-southwest winds will be at 10 mph-15 mph becoming west after midnight.
Sunny skies return to the forecast Sunday with a high near 44 degrees and west wind around 10 mph.
Clear skies are expected Sunday night with a low around 33 degrees and southwest wind around 5 mph.
For Martin Luther King Day on Monday, expect sunny skies and warmer temperatures with a high nearing 51 degrees. Winds will be from the south-southwest at 5 mph-10 mph becoming northwest in the afternoon.
Monday night will be partly cloudy with a low around 26 degrees and north-northwest winds around 10 mph.
