The National Weather Service issued a wind advisory for Wednesday from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. for Wilson County.

Forecasters said a strong cold front is expected to sweep across Middle Tennessee on Tuesday night and Wednesday morning. Winds behind the front will be brisk as the surface pressure gradient strengthens dramatically.

Winds between 25 mph-39 mph and gusts of up to 57 mph are expected, which could make driving difficult especially for high-profile vehicles.
