Afternoon forecast: Windy, rain likely later

A National Weather Service-issued wind advisory will continue through Friday at 4 a.m., and rain is expected Thursday night.

Skies are expected to be cloudy with a high near 61 degrees Thursday afternoon. South winds will increase with gusts as high as 40 mph.

Expect a 90-percent chance of showers and thunderstorms Thursday night with south winds around 15 mph and gusts as high as 40 mph.
