The Amazon fulfillment center in Lebanon recently donated more than 600 pieces of merchandise to Second Harvest Food Bank.

Donated items included a range of products, including mattresses, furniture, toiletries, food and children’s toys.

“We are grateful to be a part of this local community and it’s important that we give back,” said Mark Marzano, general manager for Amazon fulfillment center in Lebanon. “The Second Harvest Food Bank has been a wonderful partner for Amazon, and we look forward to continuing to work with them to make a positive impact in this community.”

The donated merchandise will be distributed throughout the community by Second Harvest Food Bank to other charities where the supplies are needed most.

“We are so appreciative of Amazon for giving back to the community,” said Ross Loveall, Second Harvest representative. “We have many affiliate agencies, and this donation will meet many needs throughout our community.”
