A Lebanon premier garden center will soon change locations, but plans to stay true to its name in the process.
Gardens on Main, voted Wilson County’s 2014 Best Garden Center, will relocate from its current location to 1417 W. Main St. across from Kroger. The old location is about two miles west on Main Street.
The move to a more commercial location is also an expansion on square footage for the center and will feature more space for inventory, as well as display areas. The move will also allow for specialists to explain and enhance ideas about outdoor landscapes in more detail.
Gardens on Main specializes in, but is not limited to, hardscape features of residential yards such as kitchens, fireplaces and pits and patios. Other services provided include irrigation, water features, lighting and grade work.
The garden center was also this year’s Nashville Lawn and Garden Show winner in best of show and craftsmanship. Natalie Baenzinger, a Gardens on Main employee, said the success of the business should be accredited to its owners, James Moles, Kyle Tuggle and Kip Tuggle.
“They have worked really hard on this garden center and continue to work hard. Without them we certainly wouldn’t be the best of the best in Wilson County,” Baenzinger said.
Gardens on Main employees hope to have its relocation process completed by Aug. 1 and have a grand opening in September. Anyone with questions may contact Gardens on Main at 615-547-4900.
