Lt. Col. Kaye Steed, a Lebanon native, was promoted to the position of battalion commander of the Tennessee U.S. Army National Guard 168th Military Police Battalion recently.  This position places steed in command of five sub-divisions of the battalion and about 750 subordinates.&nbsp...
