Lady Bulldogs fall to Freed-Hardeman on the road

HENDERSON — The Lady Bulldogs of Cumberland University lost to Freed-Hardeman 66-61 Saturday.
Cumberland fell behind 26-32 at the half even though both teams shot 37-percent from the floor.
Both teams had issues with ball control. Cumberland had 27 turnovers to Freed-Hardeman's 22.
Cumberland's Kiana Robinson led the way with 18 points. Ashley Cross fired in 11 points, C'Kala Humes tossed in 10, Isabelli Cunico added eight, Renae Williams seven, Tomika Hall five and Kari Maddox two.
Stacy Myers had 16 points for the Lady Lions.
