Cascade climbs past Tigerettes in fourth quarter
WATERTOWN — Watertown pitched a second-quarter shutout and put two players in double figures – and still lost.
Cascade came from 11 points behind in the fourth quarter Friday to overtake the Tigerettes 31-29 in the Watertown Chamber of Commerce Christmas Classic.
Watertown used a 9-0 second quarter to build a 19-8 halftime lead. The Tigerettes took a 26-15 advantage into the fourth quarter before falling to 7-3.
"They went to a halfcourt trap and we had too many turnovers," Watertown coach Jeff Luttrell said after his Tigerettes committed 20 turnovers. "We got lethargic and allowed them to set the tempo in the fourth quarter. They went on the attack and we were on our heels."

Watertown will host University School of Nashville at 5 p.m. today.
