Elk hunt: The fifth permit for participation in Tennessee’s October elk hunt will be auctioned on eBay, with bids taken until July 28. Since the elk hunt was implemented in 2009, the TWRA has donated one permit to auctioned off, in addition to four permits issued by a random draw.
