Throughout October, visitors to the Lebanon Public Square had the opportunity to walk along the sidewalk around the Square and view a variety of festive scarecrows, created and displayed as part of the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce Special Events Committee’s Second Annual Scarecrow Stroll.
