The same can be said of jazz. Some listeners hear noise while others hear bliss. Toward the latter, the Bull & Whistle hosts the Glenn Martin Quintet every Thursday evening at 6:30 where you will hear harmonious music from such American composers as Cole Porter, Gershwin, Ellington, Miles Davis, and a host of others. The Quintet features Glenn on trombone, Darryl Nettles, piano, Ryan Williams guitar, Hugh Bramhall, drums and Wayne Renardson, acoustic bass. Join us at six-thirty for an early evening of jazz standards. We play until 8:30.
Dinner for two with wine is thirty dollars. Free parking and a tour of the refurbished Mill is more than worthwhile.
