Dr. Leslie Bergstrom
Services for Dr. Bergstrom will be 3 p.m. Saturday, July 14, at the Madison Campus Seventh-day Adventist Church in Madison. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday, July 13 at Spring Hill Funeral Home in Nashville.
Dr. Bergstrom, of Old Hickory, died on Monday, July 9, 2012 at his home. He practiced dentistry in Lebanon since 1987.
Survivors include: wife of 45 years, Judy; children, Dr. Heather (Todd) Waterhouse and Ryan (Heidi) Bergstrom; father-in-law, Charles Haynie; eight grandchildren; and his entire staff of many years as well as his patients.
Kenneth Wayne Burlison
Services for Mr. Burlison will be 3 p.m. Saturday, July 14, at Bond Memorial Chapel in Mt. Juliet with the Rev. Billie Friel officiating. Interment in Pulley-Hagar Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Friday, July 13 and 2 p.m. until the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
Mr. Burlison, 45, of Mt. Juliet, died Tuesday, July 10, 2012. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Mt. Juliet and a graduate of DuPont High School.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Mary Quinn McGlasson.
Survivors include: wife, Pamela Short Burlison; sons, Joshua Strickland and Jared Burlison; brothers, Stacey (Robin) McGlasson and Chris Burlison; parents-in-law, Carolyn and Harris Short; sister-in-law, Donna (Tommy) Holt; brother-in-law, Brian (Lisa) Short; and nieces, Jessica and Kaitlin Holt and Amber, Emily and Sara Short.
Pallbearers will be Angelo Lessary, Don Graham, Brad Robinson, Brandon Benderman, Caleb Meyer and Kyle Crecelius. Honorary Pallbearers will be Steve McCay and Tween the Lakes Fishing Club members.
Ronnie 'Terrell' Butler
Services for Mr. Butler will be 1 p.m. Saturday, July 14, at Victory Baptist Church in Mt. Juliet. Interment in Gladeville Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:30-7 p.m. Friday, July 13 at Neuble Monument Funeral Home and noon until the service on Saturday at the church.
Mr. Butler, 37, died suddenly Saturday, July 7, 2012 in Mt. Juliet. He was born in March of 1975 in Wilson Co. to Jacqueline Butler and the late Ronald Allen Hardy. He was educated in the Wilson Co. School System and was a member of Gladeville Missionary Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by: father; grandfathers, Thomas Butler Jr. and Roscoe Hardy, Jr.; and aunt, Rita Latham.
Suvivors include: mother; sons: Cortell of Mt. Juliet and Terrance of Hermitage; sister, Erica (Marcellus) Wilkins of Mt. Juliet; brother, Reginald Hardy; step-mother, Nadine Hardy of Del.; grandmothers, Ruby Butler and Mildred Hardy of Mt. Juliet; uncles, Bobby, Ronald (Lynn), Barry (Marilyn), Kenneth, Anthony (Vivian), Timothy and Gary (Denise) Butler all of Mt. Juliet; aunts, Geraldine Bowman, Janice Neal, Jennifer (Brian) Mines and Bernice Crittenden; godfather, Paschal Cockrill; nephews, Markese Grizzard and Marquis Wilkins; nieces, Brittany Butler and Maliyah Wilkins; great-nephew, Brennon Jayce; friend, Crystal Marcum; and a host of other cousins, relatives, and friends.

Kenneth D. Ward
Funeral Services for Mr. Ward will be 1 p.m. Saturday, July 14, at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Rev. Kevin Medlin officiating. Interment in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Friday, July 13 and 11 a.m. until the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
Mr. Ward, 71, of Lebanon died Thursday, July 12, 2012, at Quality Care in Lebanon. He was born in June of 1941 in Wilson Co. to the late William Edgar 'Bill' and Mary Alice Rittenberry Ward. He was a truck driver.
He was preceded in death by: parents; sister, Margaret Swafford; and brothers, Billy and Tommy Ward.
Suvivors include: wife, Sharon Suite Ward; children, Lisa (Bo) Granstaff and Kristy (Perry) Ingram all of Lebanon and Michael (Deborah) Ward of Brush Creek; brother, Jimmy Ward of Lebanon; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Matthew, Justin and Jared Granstaff, Jacob and Lucas Oliver, and Baxter Ingram. Honorary Pallbearers will be Caleb and Mason Ward, Avery Oliver and Kolbe Phillips.
